Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?

A: Yes! Please contact us to schedule a tour.
 

Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?

A: Studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

A: We are a pet friendly community with breed restrictions, Maximum of 2 pets! Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $200 and a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Pet rent is $25/month for cats, $40/month for dogs.

 

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

A: Yes. There are garage stalls available for a monthly fee.

 

Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?

A: No.

 

Q: IS THERE WI-FI?

A: Residents are responsible for in-home internet service.

 

Q: CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?

A: Anyone who meets the qualifying criteria is welcome to apply.

 

Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?

A: We encourage you to start your application to reserve your apartment. Please call for details.

 

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?

A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available.

 

Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?

A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

0 bedroom/studio/alcove - Limit 2 persons

1 bedroom - Limit 2 persons plus one up to age 24 months

2 bedroom - Limit 4 persons plus one up to age 24 months

 

Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?

A: Yes, we are a smoke free community.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?

A: To reserve an apartment, an application and $ equal to one month's rent holding fee/deposit will be required.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMIUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?

A: We do not have a maximum, but you need 2.5 the monthly rent to qualify.

 

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A: Resident is responsible for gas, electricity, cable TV, phone, and internet.

 

Q: MY INCOME VARIES - HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I MAKE?

A: Look at your last six pay stubs' gross earnings. Add all six up. Divide the total amount by six to figure out how much income you make per pay period. Multiply that number by the number of pay periods per year. If in doubt, give us a call and we'll help pre-qualify you!

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

A: A $50 non-refundable application fee and an $150 admin fee is required to process your application. The security deposit is $500, and refundable if application is denied.
